We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days via standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items in original, unused condition with all original packaging. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no charge. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. IBEX uplights are designed to pair seamlessly within our own product ecosystem. While many of our fixtures use standard wireless protocols, full cross-brand compatibility — including wireless grouping, color sync, and dimming control — is not guaranteed with third-party systems. We recommend using IBEX fixtures together for the most reliable performance. If you have a specific compatibility question about your existing setup, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

All IBEX uplighting products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. If a unit fails under normal use conditions during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or failures caused by misuse or unauthorized modification. Yes, IBEX uplights support DMX control for users who prefer a wired, controller-based workflow or need to integrate with an existing DMX setup. Simply connect via the standard 3-pin or 5-pin DMX input (depending on the model) and address each fixture using the onboard display. For mobile DJ and wedding applications, our fixtures also operate in standalone wireless mode — no DMX controller required. This dual-mode flexibility makes IBEX lights a practical choice whether you're running a simple wireless setup or a more complex production rig.
