- Physical damage from drops, impacts, or misuse
- Water ingress beyond IP65 parameters — immersion or pressure washing
- Damage from incorrect voltage or unauthorized power sources
- Battery capacity degradation after 500+ charge cycles
- Cosmetic wear: lens fogging, chassis scratches
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties

We Make It Right
For covered claims, we ship replacement parts or a replacement unit directly to you. Most claims don't require a full unit return. When a return is needed, we provide a prepaid label.
